Boston Pizza - Regina, Saskatchewan

Placed a pickup order and once the order was opened up at home noticed an item was missing. Called the restaurant and the lady I spoke with was initially very helpful and wanted to ensure the issue was resolved. I was told the missing item would be delivered in 15-20 ... minutes however proceeded to wait over an hour to receive it. We order from Boston Pizza regularly but will for sure need to start double checking the order before leaving the restaurant. Read more

Had a Great Supper Tonight with the other half. Steak perfect. Shrimp Pasta and Starters all Great Food and Service from Waitress, Manager, Bar Tenders.

We had a group order for delivery last night. One person didn’t even get the food they had ordered and when we called the restaurant they weren’t apologetic at all, the person on the phone definitely had a tone while we were talking. My food was not what I ordered. I ... ordered the chipotle chicken club with cactus potatoes and the sandwich had a different kind of sauce, it wasn’t spicy like normal. And I didn’t get the dipping sauce for the potatoes. Read more

Chayla C is a phenomenal server. Her service and friendliness is second to none. She always makes our visits enjoyable. Honorable mention to Nick for also making us feel so welcome.

Always a worst experience! When you pay for food we expect to have the quantity. Order pasta asked for tomatoes, barley found tomatoes, instead of onion they added onion rings. Another order asked to replace 2 meat with chicken there was barely any chicken pieces. Asked for fresh Parmesan for 2 ... orders no cheese added. Every time we have orders it’s always been disappointing, won’t be ordering again done with Boston. Read more
