Fireside Bistro - Regina, Saskatchewan

Had an amazing brunch on the patio. Really nice space, food was phenomenal. I had the prairie skillet and it was huge and absolutely delicious. Hollandaise is homemade and fantastic. Brunch drinks were awesome too. Service was fast and friendly. Overall 10/10 experience!

We ordered the brisket Benny and the prairie skillet for brunch and it was very delicious. Both meals were very filling and would definitely order again.

It's a really cozy spot to seat patio. Went for lunch today. can see they are very busy. The meal I ordered today felt ok. onion soup was a bit salty for us. I would like to try their other food next time.

I had a bug in my salad on my last trip. The bug seems like it might have been a beetle or cockroach - I am not positive as I was too afraid to flip it around and investigate (see photo). Although the waitress comped my meal, I felt like ... she was relatively nonchalant about the whole ordeal, which I found somewhat off putting. First time for brunch. The menu made it hard to choose as there were so many great options. I decided on the classic eggs Benny and I would say it’s in my top 3 of best prepared eggs Benny. I think they may have been short staffed as our coffee ... wasn’t refilled until asked several times. It was really loud and hard to carry on a conversation at times. I will definitely go back but request an area that is a bit quieter. Over good experience! Read more
