Panago Pizza - Regina, Saskatchewan

Ordered a half cheese half chicken club no tomatoes... Once I picked it up found there were tomatoes on it.. They then remade the pizza however they made it a full chicken club without tomatoes, used to be really good but it seems like they don't know how to read tickets ... anymore. Pretty disappointed.. We used to get Panago all the time and were looking forward to eating it again. We were so disappointed… we ordered an original crust and it was so thin!! The cheese wasn’t fully melted and was chunky in some spots. I’m not sure if this is due ... to recipe changes in the last couple of years… but we won’t be ordering again unfortunately! Read more

We order from this location regularly and the food is always great. The only time they've ever made a mistake, the person I spoke to from the customer service line was incredibly helpful and professional. The replacement item arrived in half the time I was quoted by customer service. They are ... also one of the few pizza places that offers so many vegetarian and vegan options, which is awesome for us plant based folks. Panago will always be a go to for us. Read more

I haven't had Panago since probably 2009.. it used to be a treat to order here, but this is not the pizza I remember. I was extremely disappointed .... :( the dips also had a very unusual taste to them. Sorry to say but I will probably ... never order from here again. Read more

So my first experience here was a bit rocky as they sent me the wrong pizza (two of the same) and they forgot my garlic dip. However the customer service line was super polite, apologetic and even gave me a bonus on top of my refund. So I said after ... that I'd give them another chance. So I called them again tonight and placed an order. The customer service rep was very pleasent and used the small credit on my account on the order and suggest a nice ad on but wasn't pushy. The food came quick and was hit and was exactly as ordered. The driver again was supper friendly yet maintained good social distancing. He also spent the time to try my gift card twice and was patient and understanding. All in all an awesome experuence and great tasting food. Read more
