Memories Fine Dining - Regina, Saskatchewan

My boyfriend took me here last year, and this year, we celebrated our first anniversary at Memories. It’s always an incredible experience; the owner and staff are attentive, and being from Toronto, I love trying out new restaurants, and this is by far my favourite restaurant that I’ve ever gone ... too. The feta stuffed chicken is my boyfriend’s favourite dish, and mine is the rack of lambs. For our anniversary, the owner gifted us a Cava and took care of our desserts, which shows just how much this restaurant goes above and beyond for their customers. My wife and I were in Regina for her convocation and decided to try out Memories for a celebratory dinner. The food was absolutely amazing. Literally one of the best meals I've ever eaten. Our server Sydney was so kind and friendly. After our dinner the owner (Thomas) came by ... to see how our meal was. He also brought my wife a small bottle of champagne with a personalized message on it to commemorate her graduation! The staff and owner made this a very special evening for us. It was my first time at Memories. It was a special event and we wanted to celebrate. And I am so we glad we chose this spot. We ordered the hand battered calamari, lamb rack and the beef wellington. It was one of the best meal we have had in ... Regina. We have tried many steak houses and restaurants in Regina, however, memories have gained a place at the top of the list. I am not a person who likes too many vegetables with my main course, but the vegetables with my dish were so flavorful. The service was top notch and we were treated so well.
