McDonald’s - Regina, Saskatchewan

Food was fine, fresh, had a special order and it came out in good time. I asked for ketchup and didn't get any. I understand putting it randomly in every bag isn't cost effective but when a customer asks, how do you miss that? Constantly, not just 1 time.

Waited probably 20 minutes in the drive threw because the person in front of us didnt know how to use the app the manager proceeded to help the customer threw the window instead of asking them to come inside. The single happy meal i bought was then cold.

I decided to come here over Chuka location tonight what an absolute mistake, some of the worst mcdonalds packaging ive ever seen, upon receiving my order I was told they didnt have half of the order because it wasn’t available they didnt offer me even a choice to get something ... else which i would have loved a wrap instead but whatever, and of course driving away i realized i was overcharged on fries and drinks and not to mention these large fries have practically nothing in them, this is the absolute worst mcdonalds you could possibly choose to go to, they have nothing to offer when you could just choose a different mcdonalds, Also second picture is literally how they handed is the bag first picture shows how much they care to fill their “large fries”. Ordered the spicy chicken burger and it came with pickles on it. Its not suppose to have pickles at all. The large fries were only about half full and they put my burger in the bag away from the heat while they waited for fries. My burger was ... cold. Read more

I don't eat fast food much, but was in a hurry to get somewhere, so.. The entire experience was fine except that the English muffin halves were not well aligned and I couldn't straighten it easily. Seems petty I know, but harder to enjoy when it's all lopsided
