A&W Restaurants - Regina, Saskatchewan

Don't go to this A and W. Their employees will say they take your coupons but won't scan them and then serve you food that looks like it had been in the hot window for over an hour. It was okay except for I had to go back through the drive-thru to get my food they forgot to put in the bag and when I stopped the guy at the door before going in the Drive-Thru attendant asking him if he could just bring it out to us ... he told us know which I found very offending and very rude of him cuz he works there and he should have done that for his job but other than that the food was okay it was warm we had to sit in the drive through for about 20 minutes because there was so many cars after we already sat the first time 15 minutes Read more

Best drive thru experience I have had. The young man working Tuesday 23 around 19:22 was efficient and pleasant.

It was fairly clean and the person who served me my coffee was friendly enough. I wanted to buy one of those refillable cups for $3 but nobody knew where the lids were for them, so I ended up not being able to get one. It's too bad because it ... would have brought me into A&W on a fairly regular basis (which I believe is part of the point in bringing out the cups in the first place). I normally don't go to fast food places and was only there on this day waiting for an appointment across the street. Anyway, I won't likely be back but I might be. I patronized this particular A&W restaurant on Sunday, September 3rd, 2023. I ordered an Uncle Burger Combo. The Burger was absolutely delicious but the onion rings weren't even fit to be composted at the local Regina Landfill. It totally behooves me why a restaurant operation would risk having their reputation ... denigrated to save 10 cents on serving one of their most loyal customers such rubbish. I was shocked and appalled by their egregious behavior. I arrived around 5:00 pm, not ten minutes before closing. I don't think that I deserved to be served such rubbish when it would have taken less than five minutes to deep fry a fresh batch of onion rings! Read more
