The selection is great, but honestly they’re just alright fancy chocolates. For the price I don’t think it’s really worth it.

Perfect for delivery! I am out of the province and needed a gift for a friend and they where very friendly,understanding and had great communication. Been a customer for over 10 years now :)

I went into the store today to pick up a purchase that I made online. It was a very awkward experience and it was the worst customer service I have ever received. I had asked a simple question, if I could have my chocolates in a box as ... it said on the website, because the way it was presented was in a small bag. I did not realize that the box was inside of the bag but regardless all that required was a simple response to my question and maybe a smile. When I asked the employee this, they looked me as if I was asking something ridiculous and was very rude afterwards. The way the whole situation was handled was actually quite shocking. Not sure how the chocolate is, but the customer service was definitely not good. I won't be going back there anytime soon to get anything and after that experience, I would not recommend it either. This place reminds me of Jacques Torres Chocolate shops in NYC. Mr. Loblaw was very accommodating and pleasant. A wide selection of artisan chocolates and they sell really good gelato as well👌🏻 They offer Chocolate Tasting classes too!
