Famoso Italian Pizzeria + Bar - Regina, Saskatchewan

Lunch with a friend this week. Used to enjoy Famoso and I like the thin-crust crispy style of pizza, but the cost was excessive for what we got. Small pizza for one person $22 and the toppings and cheese were skimpy. Service was attentive (there were only 3 or 4 ... tables occupied). One of the best Pizza Establishments I have been in. I am from out of town (Ontario) and love my pizza, I used their restroom weeks prior and absolutely LOVED the atmosphere it provided. I kept it in mind for my Daddy-Daughter Date night. Me and my daughter went ... there tonight for the first time to dine-in and were treated with amazing customer service from Azaria. The pizza was fabulous, the price was great and the atmosphere couldn't be beaten for a genuine Italian Pizzeria. They have the best pesto shrimp pasta I have ever tasted. I would go again just for that and the pizza as well is pretty good. But still that pasta will always be amazing. Staff is super friendly too highly recommend!!

MMM I tried the kale salad and it was absolutely delicious! I tried to make it at home it was so good! We had the procetta mozza balls as well, they're my boyfriend's absolute favourite. My daughter is a picky eater so we got the flat bread with mozza instead ... of feta. The waitress was friendly and the food never disappoints! We will be returning. Read more

I recently ordered pizzas for the first time (DoorDash) and was very pleased with my order. Pizzas were excellent, a proper Naples-style pizza, with authentic crust and taste. I think I just discovered my favorite pizzeria in Regina 😉
