Customer service is zero.. poor communication as well. Without even asking, the lady was already saying no buffet, no buffet. Some racial profiling I see. Handing out the menu to us to go see if we wanted

If you're looking to experience authentic Chinese cuisine, I recommend trying out Regency Palace Family Restaurant. We recently ordered a delightful spread of dishes including Yang Chow fried rice, spare ribs, fried chicken, and chow mein, and they were all incredibly delicious.
The fish maw soup was thicker than I would like, but the flavors were all there. The pork chops were to lean, and had too much batter relative to meat. No complaints with the other items.

We haven't been at the Regency since Covid. Our group was pleasantly surprised at the quality & abundance of the food. The Almond breaded shrimp was my favorite. We definitely will be back.
