If you're looking to experience authentic Chinese cuisine, I recommend trying out Regency Palace Family Restaurant. We recently ordered a delightful spread of dishes including Yang Chow fried rice, spare ribs, fried chicken, and chow mein, and they were all incredibly delicious.
The fish maw soup was thicker than I would like, but the flavors were all there. The pork chops were to lean, and had too much batter relative to meat. No complaints with the other items.
