The Roof Top Bar And Grill - Regina, Saskatchewan

A friend recommended this restaurant...unfortunately we don't have the same definition of what a good restaurant is. We tought the fact that we eat on a rooftop would prove to be exciting. This rooftop has no view of the city so it's basically a fenced (and cold) dining area with ... no roof. Ambiance was...non-existent. Looks like they lacked storage and put dirty/old stuff in the stairs. Food wise, chorizo pasta was awful. We litterally couldn't eat it. At all! Steak was ok, but the marinate of the sides was bad, fries were not crispy and salad was not fresh. Very bad experience in general. Read more

Definitely top 3 of my favourite restaurants in Regina. - The staff here are super helpful and courteous. - The restaurant environment is really neat, offers great lighting and is great for picture taking as well. - The food was very tasty, well seasoned and cooked to my preference. - Their food prices are ... moderate and there’s a wide variety of food options to choose from. - Having a dedicated bar tender would be nice tho as there wasn’t one when we visited and the drinks had to be remade a few times. The food and drinks here are great! The calamari is delicious with good portions. The teriyaki steak salad was very filling for a salad. The steak slices are cooked perfectly and the sauce is very yummy. Loved the sangria with rosé, very fruity but not too sweet. The service here is ... absolutely terrible. After ordering drinks and food it took more than 30 minutes for the food and drinks to arrive. To get ahold of the servers for more food and drinks takes another 30 minutes. It was not busy when I attended, there were only 3 other tables. And if you want your bill to pay it’s best if you just get up and go downstairs directly to pay.
