The employee was so soft spoken I had to clarify what he said multiple times. For some reason I couldn’t order the 3 piece chicken strip combo, he said it had to be at least 4 pieces. Also, there was only medium or extra spicy no mild. The strips were ... tiny. The fries and gravy were really good and there were lots of fries. I’m not sure if the fountain was out of commission or what because he had me take a can of pop from the cooler. The atmosphere is definitely hole in the wall. I got some burgers on 16th December 2022, i opened up my pack and saw my burgers crumpled up in a really bad situation. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwhich which was for 10$ just for the burger only and i'm sharing the pictures of what i got. It was a ... really bad shaped burger with maybe a green tomato or something like that. I really was quite upset with such an unpleasent service from the store. First of all, let you know that I was big big fan for Fritou food. But not anymore. For last 4-5 times, we had horrible experience with the food quality. Every time we used to let them know about the problems, still we didn't loose hope for quality. But my ... last purchase was even worst. 1. Chicken burger patties were extremely dry and couldn't even chew it. Had to throw half of the burgers (6 of them) without eating it coz couldn't chew at all. 2. Boneless popcorn Chicken was also dry and had a bone in it. 3. Forgot to put cheese in burger several times. 4. Instead of Burger patties we had Chicken pieces in burgers once. 5.
