If I was to give 0 ratings I wouldn't hesitate. The staff doesn't know what they are doing . Improper handling of food Poor communication with customers Bare handling with the food . Useless place

It’s nice burger but the poutine loss everything. Fries and gravy were cold and cheese curds not melted as it should be. Not busy when I came in - table not clean. Overall below average experience. Use to come few years back but not this level of experience though.

Yesterday went into their drive-thru lane 1. Even both lanes were they didn't answer me on the speaker. Just served a customer ahead of me in other lane. Went inside called for their supervisor but he didn't even tell them that his employees made a mistake. He didn't even apologize ... for it properly. It was after 10:00 in the morning. The service was quite slow. People were waiting for orders. Some people even left because no one would come up and take their order. The board showing orders taken and orders being served wasn't being updated in a timely fashion. While waiting for ... our order, what appeared to be two staff members walking in with backpacks behind the counter. I wish somebody would tell McDonald's that their idea behind a rotating digital display menu system doesn't work very well. The currently available items for order are not always on display. Lock the current items on display and use one of the other display boards to advertise other items etc. most people usually put away their trays and empty their trash into the appropriate bin, but staff here could do a little better job of cleaning the tables up as well. I recently visited McDonald's and had a great experience. The service provided by the crews and the manager was awesome. The place was very clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated that they were very diligent about sanitizing the tables and keeping the counters and order counter clean. The food was ... delicious, and the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this McDonald's 4910 Gordon Rd to anyone looking for a quick and tasty meal. Read more
