Absolutely amazing service. Our server Kendra G served us on Mothers Day. She is so friendly and has a great positive attitude. I don’t think I’ve had this great of service in a long time. Thank you so much for making today even more special.
Most of the food was OK, but portions were severely lacking from what we are use to. Our fries came out with the entire plate covered in grease that wasn't drained. We ordered a drink off the menu and the server said "we don't have that". We were left for 15mins, waiting ... to order, without being checked on. Unfortunately, our group dined in this past Monday, April 15, 2024 at 9:30pm and all got food poisoning. We were the only table (as we normally are during Mondays; we regularly go in each week) and the food took 45 minutes to come out from when we ordered it. I ... called today to let the manager know about the food poisoning and experience. I was told to go see my doctor and that it was something else, as "food takes hours to spoil". Our server Sebastian has been great, but we will not be returning back because of this experience/the way I was treated on the phone by the manager. Boston Pizza has lost long time customers. Every Boston Pizza in the city of Regina has a unique self representation. At this location, the seats give off an old-school vibe. The artwork displayed on the walls gives it a relaxed look with a hint or artistic sofistication...."caughs while holding on to mustache".... the staff members are friendly, ... professional, and knowledgeable about their products. Went on Canada Day the food was fantastic but our server was not. We only saw her at the end to pay the bill, we had to ask her for a refill on our drinks.
