My son broke his arm a month and a half ago. I took him to Pasqua Emergency and because of how the staff were with not only him, but his Dad and I as well, I won't go anywhere else if the need comes up. They are so nice and ... caring. And when we met with the doctor a couple days after, he was awesome! Dr. Jones... I really don't know what to say other than THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH for everything that you and your staff at the cast clinic did for my son. I was there after I broke my arm. And the nurses were the best I have ever seen. They took care of me like u see in a movie. THEIR AMAZING!!!! Dr. Buchko is an amazing surgeon and I would totally recommend him for orthopaedic surgeries.

Well I did have a good experience once I got into facility and where I was going - I found handicap spot availability better on second visit - so it obviously has to do with time of appointment - early is better - so all around good as far as ... service and staff really good !!! Now for my concern - the entrance is huge but now all barricaded and security right at door - I am sure this was all implemented after Covid - so anyway there must be some better way for patients and staff to access entry - this area was completely backed up due to a out of control person requiring tackling in the hallway that is traffic flow of the services admitting and everything - - this was not the sideshow any of the patients or staff needed and I know it’s probably not infrequent that this occurs - I felt uncomfortable for the individual and anyone having to witness that take down - - anyhow I think staff should have separate access and patient access - should be less public like a hotel lobby isn’t warranted or expected in a functioning health care facility - but pt and staff access is — anyway - poor design - adds to stress of incoming patients - it feels unsafe and intimidating all at the same time - and then you need to access there to pay for parking - unless your inclined to download app - which wasn’t part of my plan ? Next time perhaps I will be able to download an app and do my own scan at home 🤦‍♀️🤣 Read more

Amazing place with super caring staff. My grandma passed away in the palliative care unit but I can’t thank the doctors enough for making her stay as wonderful as possible. They made sure she was always comfortable and at peace and were so supportive, sympathetic and caring when she did ... pass away.
