I recently had the pleasure of ordering sushi and ramen from this place. Not only was the food delicious, but the customer service was outstanding. They went above and beyond to resolve any concerns I had with my order, and even went the extra mile by delivering it right to ... my doorstep. I highly recommend Miso Ya for their exceptional customer service and fantastic food. Thank you very much to the guy who delivered it and to the lady ( cashier) who helped me with my concerns. Was a decent brunch with pleasant servers. The roof could use a cleaning by the vents but overall nice.
My wife found it very cold in there tonight. It was our first time there. We didn’t think the sushi had a lot of flavour and the Udon soup was too salty. This place has changed owners a few times. I used to come here a lot when they first opened. When they changed owners I had a bad experience so I didn't come back for awhile. Now they have different owners again so I decided to give them a try. We had ... the AYCE menu. The food was ok. If you are the type to like eating sashimi and nigiri, this place wouldn't be for you. They have limits on their sashimi pieces and they cut them very small. Their raw fish options are very minimal as well. This place is good if you like to eat a variety of sushi rolls, hand rolls and appetizers. I liked their tempura and different salads. They don't have as many options as the other AYCE places but I guess they have reflected this on their price per person as I think they are a couple dollars cheaper.
