This used to be our go to place to order food for our family. After the meal we had tonight, I don't think we will ever order again. The wings were in a huge puddle of grease with absolutely no seasoning or flavor. The caesar salad dressing was runny and ... had no taste. Gravy... No taste. The food was 10/10, I love the wings, they are very fast and efficient from the time you place your order! However I thought the waitress asking what drink I would like to order, while being reseated- before even sitting down was a tad unprofessional. The waitress's energy came off ... as if they did not want to provide friendly customer service which is fine but it rubbed on me in the wrong way. Consistent & hot, fast and fresh. Deluxe burger combo #8 will easily feed four people :) the mountain of fries and the absolutely delicious burger can easily feed one person for two days, $33.30 after taxes etc

Our family used to order from here a few years back and the food was good so thought I’d take my grandma here for supper tonight. The food we ordered was pretty disgusting. The gravy tasted like flour and the Caesar salad was SMOTHERED in sauce. We asked for a ... new salad with the sauce on the side. The waitress brought back a salad that looked like they just put more lettuce onto the plate and swirled it around a bit. My dry ribs looked like they were frozen and tossed in the oven and burnt on one side. My grandmas hot beef was also smothered in gravy that tasted like flour. Told the waitress how disappointing it was when I paid and she didn’t say a thing. Yeah, we paid and didn’t even finish our meals. The womens bathroom was also gross. This place has gone downhill.
