This place is neat and tidy. Best coffee in the town. Employees are very friendly also. Tried Boba collection, it was really amazing.

My partner ordered a hazelnut cappuccino and it didn't taste good (tasted harsh) maybe made incorrectly. Called to enquire. Hoping maybe they would offer to correct it, and instead was only ensured it was made correctly.. on the other hand my mochaccino was good.

I have been coming to Second Cup for a few weeks now and the employees are always so sweet. Especially today. I tried a new drink and it wasn't what I was expecting, however when I let the girls know they had no problem adjusting my drink and made it ... exactly how I liked it. A huge shoutout to the new management of this location. The store looks very clean and organized. My beverage is fantastic and was handcrafted the way it should be.
