The Albert St N location is dirty with tables not clean, food on the floor. The service was terrible. Supervisor on her cell phone while at fry station, customer staff was not helpful at all. Just stood there. They forgot my daughters sandwich and when my husband went to advise them ... he stood there while the just looked at him. I had a terrible experience today. EVERYTHING went wrong, the drinks were watered down, the burgers were undercooked, and the doughnuts were freezing cold. I don't mind waiting longer for my food, but waiting long and still getting rubbish is terrible. I just feel cheated, and this is unfair.

It's probably the worst visit to this location I've had. Waiting for ten minutes for a kids meal and a wrap meal is an awful long time to start looking at everything else. The restaurant is filthy. There is garbage everywhere, the floors are strewn with litter, glass is smesred ... with food and fingerprints. The play place is terrible (which is why we came to this location). The list could go on and on and on....... I get it's the weekend, but it's not even busy in here. It is time for some serious spring cleaning before you get shut down by a health inspector. Read more
