Waited 7 minutes without service. Staff looked at me several times without acknowledging my presence. Then, when they did speak - said ‘just a minute’. No effort was made to serve me, nor were they handling a previous order methodically (the skip driver also in the lobby was also getting annoyed ... for their delivery). Staff who saw me made no effort to speak with other coworkers to see if they were capable of serving me. Vague excuses of being busy was all I was given. Ive worked one-window drive thru on super busy days, in which I had to not only take and fill drive thru orders, but also man front counter by myself. And there is never an excuse not to face-time with customers. It takes less than 30s to acknowledge a customer and provide a welcoming atmosphere. Chay was amazing! Super friendly customer service with my indecisiveness and she brought our food out to the car! She has a bright smile and is a great asset. Oh, the food was great too!
