When we arrived at the restaurant, the hostess was not friendly and welcoming. The restaurant needs an update in terms of its decor and furnishings. The table service was good, the meat sauce on the spaghetti was fantastic. There should be a dress code policy in place for employees, as ... there were employees that were not dressed professionally. Steak was thin as paper and over cooked. Forgot both salads that came with meal. For price and quality I suggest get a steak from Walmart. Will be better

Just another much deserved 1star Review. How the hell do you read all of these and continue to let your business fail??? My first thought was "I hope I don't get sick" when eating my $25 meal. They no longer offer free Caesar Salad with $25 purchase and were "out ... of free Ribs" -Convenient. The crab (Neptune) was like a hard & crispy rubberized texture so I didn't eat much of it. The chicken was horrifically disgusting and had what looked like tumors so also didn't eat the rest of it once I noticed that. The only thing good was the whipped butter. I asked for extra SrCream and didn't get it so ate my Potato with my own Cottage Cheese. Asked for GrOnions -got Bacon Bits. WISH I WOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS PRIOR TO ORDERING AS I WOULD HAVE DEFINITELY NOT. Read more

Walk in the door to be greeted by this sign. Should have walked out. Then everything I wanted to order they didn’t have. Menus were old. Floors were dirty. Food was cooked but didn’t have sauces for the food. Staff kept apologizing for everything. Do not recommend.

UPDATE: They have no record of my credit (thank God, now I know this) and have MULTIPLE health code violations like not having kitchen staff with food safe courses, and not having lids on things in the coolers. Never again, STAY AWAY! Got a caesar salad, a chefs salad, the crab ... stuffed mushrooms, and the loaded potato skins. My Caesar salad dressing was very off tasting, and the chicken tastes almost fishy. The chefs salad came with no dressing. The mushrooms are a whole different issue. There is about a quarter cup of water in the bottom, they all taste awful. I'm assuming they freeze portions to heat when they need but wow. The potato skins are dry but fine, but fame with no sour cream or anything. The garlic toast was the best part of the meal, I'm just glad it wasnt wonderbread like others have gotten When we called about the missing dressing, they initially hung up on us after saying they would check. After we called again, she offered a "Dressing credit". Tried the rest of the food after and was super disappointed, and almost certainly won't be trying this again after reading other reviews.
