Amazing food, service is great. I have read some bad reviews here, and I am stunned why. I was in the restaurant enjoying a snack waiting to place a take out order. Someone came in a took food order that wasn't theirs and then canceled it, causing a bunch ... of confusion and the Skip driver to be frustrated etc. The order was canceled, and the owner was trying to communicate what happened. People need to relax a little and cut restaurant owners some slack! The amount of food I have seen leaving this kitchen I'm an hour is amazing. The owner handled himself well and remained calm even though he was out the order money because whoever stole the order also canceled it before it was accepted and left with their food. Come in for a meal, sit and enjoy the culture and get to know them. They always remember my family and me, know our orders and take pride in serving up delicious food. As a new comer in Red deer Tandor and flames felt like home. I went to the restaurant on the 2nd day of me arriving in Red deer and the staff was really friendly. I ordered their chicken biryani two days ago through Uber Eats. When I received and opened it, it smelled terrible. I only had two spoons and soon after having it I vomited and became ill. I got food poisoning from it. Please don't eat from this store. I reported the ... issue to Uber Eats and received a refund, but it wasn’t worth even a single penny. I only eat the biriyani. Had dinner here with my wife June 2023. I had chicken kadahi my wife had chicken Rogan Josh with saffron rice garlic Nan and papadums. I am always reluctant going to Indian restaurants in Canada as every one I have been in until now have been disappointing. However the food ... here was very good. The kadahi was excellent very tasty and was much better than I have come to expect in Canada. The Rogan Josh was also very good although not quite what I would expect for the dish as I would have expected it to be more tomato'ey, that said was still very good. Went to this place for supper on November 6th of 2022with my two good friends Ian and Penny when I was stopping through town on the way from Edmonton to Calgary. What a wonderful place!
