KFC - Red Deer, Alberta

I ordered the 6 piece bucket with fries and macaroni salad for Mother’s Day for my mom due to me out of town. They received the order missing fries. I called the restaurant asked for a manager talked to a supervisor. The supervisor had no knowledge of what to do. I ... asked for a refund or my fries to be delivered. They weren’t able to give me a refund unless I came in person. And asked if we can pick up the fries. Well I’m not home and my parents aren’t able to drive so I said no. My family and I were in at the establishment around 2:30 for late lunch. The staff were very polite and efficient. Our order was cooked fresh. The food was delicious and hot. My husband noted that the onion rings looked just like the ones on the commercials. Next we get to Red Deer ... we will come back for our KFC! Well done and keep up the great work. Read more

This KFC uses a 3rd party to deliver your food, which is fine... unless you do not receive your food. The manager then directs you to the 3rd party for reimbursement... but they can't help you because you didn't order through them. Horrible customer service, won't answer calls and won't ... refund a order that wasnt received after being given the opportunity to remake the order, gift cards or to refund the money. Honestly the manager should be ashamed of herself. They clearly need customer service training at this location!! Do better KFC! Read more

Ordered a 14 pc bucket of chicken, asked for a couple of keels (breast meat) they said yes, didn’t even get one, only had one wing, 2 ribs and the rest dark when it should be at least half and half. It Was beyond soggy with grease. The coleslaw was grey because it was held too long. The chicken wing and rib were at least 3 hours old, which is 90 minutes past hold time. I have 16 years KFC experience and know improper standards when I see them
