Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt - Red Deer, Alberta

Terrible, so fing expensive I do not recommend terrible customer service. How can they get away with charging this much??? $50? For 3 people for a full dish incredibly terrible and such a rip off

i feel like the flavours have been the same for years and the building itself and decorations are very early 2010’s, but the workers are always super nice and friendly and their toppings are always stocked up

I loved island mango and creamsicle yogurt, all of them were good but i loved these 2 flavours. Customer service was awesome as well, staff were very helpful, generous and friendly. Can recommend this place to friends and family.

Have not been to a Menchie’s in a long time! Obviously because all of our kids are grown up and moved on so no need to splash out on cups of frozen yogurt 🍦 and treats. This location was spacious, clean and well laid out. Service was friendly and nice. ... Treats were well presented and fresh. All good! Only one thing I noticed was they didn’t have a recycling ♻️ spot for the plastic spoons as most locations. Read more

Great little place to go if you’re not sure where to gather for a small hangout! A huge array of flavours, and they also have a couple different desserts such as cheesecakes that all look very delicious :)! The lady working seemed very nice— for the 5-10 seconds I interacted with ... her. Admittedly, the giant tip made it very awkward while we paid… Again, nothing against the lady as she was very nice (she did her job perfectly!) , but for the service provided the tip was incredibly unwarranted (this is a self serve after all!) because they really didn’t do anything aside from help us at the till to pay. Overall though, very lovely place I certainly recommend outside that little awkward section!
