Starting with the positive. The service was great and the place was clean. Now for the negative. We bought 4 milkshakes and they came in the size of a red solo cup. I love coming to this place every summer, it has that old vintage vibe that brings back memories when I was 12 years old. I love how they always use cash. The girls are delightful.

Ordered a couple milkshakes today wanted to pay with Interac but this place only accepts cash??? Really ??? In these times of electronic avenues for everything U want cash?? In seeing the size of milkshake for 9.75 I was glad I didn’t have cash!!!!! Obviously “ cash only” should be posted ... very visible on front door glass or be advised when ordering its “ cash only”!!! Obviously trying to evade paying taxes by cash only. We have visited this ice cream shop in the past, as we like to support local businesses. That being said, our most recent trip will undoubtedly be our last. For four "children's double scoop" which amounted to less than a regular scoop, one "adult scoop" and one "root beer float", we ... paid more than $60.00. Very expensive for what you get, 2 scoops on a plain cone for $9. Extra for a waffle cone. Had rum and raisin and pistachio, rum and raisin was ok, pistachio had very little flavour. Huge selection but not impressed with the cost or flavour.
