My husband bought me flowers for Valentines day. The bouquet was small and came with 2 small boxes of chocolates. He said he paid $175 for it online, but when he checked his MC, it was in USD. So it was significantly more and wasn't even worth $175 if it ... was CDN. We won't be back. The owner, Amanda called me. She was lovely to deal with and explained the dynamics of my husbands purchase. Although it was no fault of hers or her shops, she offered more than once to make it right. Had an absolutely AMAZING experience with Chantal! Stems and flowers even though super busy and couldn't find what I needed anywhere else they were the ones that delivered! Courtnee was such a delight and reached out right away with any concerns or questions I had.
