We made a reservation for 545 for Fathers day and arrived a bit early at 535. They were super busy and we had to wait a few minutes, no biggie. They ended up seating us around 550 and took our orders right away. They apologized profusely for the wait and ... thanked us for the patience AND they gave us free dessert (and it was barely a wait!!). I am so impressed. Excellent family dinner out to celebrate some birthdays! Tasty food, accommodating staff and they even had sticky toffee pudding, which is almost the only dessert that hubby eats!! 🥳👍 lol
My daughter and I went out for a belated birthday supper for my 50th on Saturday February 10th after some unpleasant happenings with my now former relationship. Our server, I wish I could remember her name, was amazing. I had ordered a sangria with red wine, but it came ... with white wine instead. She took it off of the bill, which she didn't really have to since I did drink it. Then after telling her it was my belated birthday supper and some of what ruined the night that I was supposed to have my birthday supper, she brought us a dessert on the house and on the to go container she wrote Happy Birthday! When we got back to where we are staying and opened the to go container she had also put a candle in the piece of cake. Unacceptable service walked out! Waiting for our food for 1 hour! had to ask 2 servers and food still wasnt ready! Only 3-5 tables out of 50 tables had customers? Another issue was we made reservations and front host still made us wait 10 minutes to get seated.
