Cleopatras Donair & Pita - Red Deer, Alberta

Ordered off skip, had no idea that “basics” automatically come in the Donair. I assumed since there were 15 choices of items to add, that it came plain. Order arrives and has onions and tomato’s on it which are allergies. I call and speak to the shift manager and got ... an apology that I didn’t know what came on them (I’ve never ate here). No offer to remake or anything and was agreed with when I stated I suppose I should count this as a loss. Terrible customer service. Read more

I've traveled far and wide and tried many a donair, but this place is the only thing I miss about living in Red Deer! Nobody comes close to their amazing Garlic Sauce!!!

Cleopatras has always been awesome. I first tried it about 8 years ago and I would go often. I have since moved from Red Deer and haven’t been back in about 6 years. Great taste! The reason I’m leaving a review is because is the first Donair place I have gone in the last +30 years within 5 continents that doesn’t OFFER a mixed chicken w/ Donair or viceversa!!! I had to ordered two small ones instead of a jumbo!
