Normally my review would be 5 stars. This time I feel compelled to say something as the behaviour just wasn’t acceptable. I’m a regular here that comes with my friend quite often. This passed weekend when we walked in, there was an obviously baligerant drunk woman, ok no problem. Staff ... cut her off as they should, and she continued to walk laps around the inside and outside of the brewery for around half an hour looking lost or like she was looking for her group of friends. My friend and I noticed her going to the parking lot so walked over to check it out and we found her getting in her car and peeling out. Should staff have not offered to call a cab or intervene in anyway? Pro serve teaches that you have to look out for your patrons but the only one looking out on Saturday night was my friend and I who ultimately called 911 and reported the plate and situation. Following this ordeal there was a group of kids under the age of roughly 7. Now I’m a mom so I have a soft spot for kids and normally would have no issue with them being around. However these children were sprinting laps of the entire brewery, throwing rocks at windows and near us as patrons. Not a single staff intervened or tried to control them, they were screaming and it was just overall a horribly disruptive and poor night/experience. I’m not sure if I’ll even be coming back after this as I’m so disappointed in the staffs lack of intervention with both situations. Really sad :( Read more
