We were very intrigued on the idea of getting the Charcuterie Board so we went to get it at the restaurant. But when ordered it, it was nothing like the picture (I get it, it’s advertising). First of all, it didn’t come on a wooden board, it came in a ... cardboard box that opens up and it wasn’t fresh, it’s packed and probably in the fridge for a few days because the meat started to discolour. I ordered the Sterling Silversteak Sandwich with the Kale Caesar Salad through room service. It was very good. I like a bit more dressing but it was tasty as it was. The server that brought my meal was friendly and cheerful. It was a good experience.
Had the Alberta burger with Kale Caesar for lunch and the Braised beef ribs with truffle fries, both were very good.
I enjoy coming here when I stay at the Cambridge hotel for business. It's a very clean, relaxed and upscale looking place. Perfect place to kick back and enjoy a beer and food.
