This restaurant was amazing! One of the waitresses were so kind! Her name was Bobbi and she made us laugh so many times when she was taking our order, checking in on us, and giving us out food. Went here for dinner and was very disappointed. I got the Triple play meal and my wife got the chipotle chicken quesadillas. The advertisement on the menu is very false and misleading. Like we were very disappointed on the sizes for the prices that they charge for food that isn’t ... all that great, like the chicken quesadillas looked very good and nice sized portions on the menu but they were so small and the presentation on the plate was a mess., a 5 year old could have eaten all that and still would’ve been hungry afterwards. For $16 that’s a big disappointment. Then the portion size that was advertised for the triple play was also a big disappointment, they are advertised with a lot of the Thai bites but there were maybe 6 in total, the Bandera bread was very dry like it had been sitting out for a while. There wasn’t a lot of cactus fries. The dish was put together like if they were in a huge rush but there were two other tables which they already had their food. Like for $23 you’d expect more than what’s given and the quality isn’t even that great either. Not to mention the price for drinks, $8 for two iced teas is ridiculous. Boston Pizza has really begun to go downhill, charging quite a bit of money for food that is mid and portion sizes that could feed a child. Been to a lot of Boston Pizza 🍕 in our lives and one thing for sure is they are never the same even though they are a big group, most inconsistent Canadian restaurant brand for sure. It was late and we just arrived in town, good thing was that ... they were open until midnight. We walked in thinking they were closed as not a soul in sight. Anyway walked up to reception to be eventually greeted by young lady who was very friendly and welcoming and she was the only server or person on the floor. Danielle was her name and her service was amazing and she was on the ball and took care of all our needs and with just the right amount of attention. The vibe in the restaurant was awful, no music, light bright and the chef was playing some heavy metal rock music in the kitchen which was totally unpleasant! Delicious 😋 Our server, both human and robot kitty, were amazing! The place was clean, service was fast, food was hot and fresh. We will be back, again and again!! Updated for another visit. I managed to get a picture of the robot kitty, just not her face. Hubby tried the ... new Garlic Parmesan Fries and the new Maple Bacon Burger. He very highly recommends both of these!! Again the waitress was incredible even though it was very busy she made the time to check in, have a little chat with everyone as well as being polite and friendly. 🥰 Another trip and everything I said last time still rings true. Fantastic location. Owner (Sue), is very friendly and personable. She clearly cares for her staff and patrons. Waitresses are also top notch. On each visit, always get a smile and fantastic service. Would highly recommend this location if you're in the area. Would also like to ... mention my waitress was Bobby. She's a terrific waitress that obviously loves what she does. Very friendly, a real people person. Fast, accurate, and friendly are the best ways I can think of to describe her. I'm in town for the next month, and will definitely be back. Shootout to the other waitresses that have looked after me, Dallas, Ray, Anna Lisa. They've all been very courteous and prompt. Always nice when a waitress introduces themselves. And no review on this location would be complete without mentioning the hostess known affectionately as momma.
