Love,love,love this small but awesome Gluten Free bakery cafe. Amazing home made treats, fresh breads, soups and salads. With just as tasty vegan options. The owner is celiac so you know theres no chance of cross contamination. The staff takes the time to listen to your food allergies and does ... what they can to provide you a meal or treat. It's a must stop for anyone who needs a food allergy sensitive kitchen but also for those who just want to taste exceptional home made foods. Driving by Red Deer and saw this little gem on a Google search. I had a feeling this was a cool place and it is even better than I expected. Gentle, quiet, clean atmosphere and excellent food! The Rosso coffee is great quality and tastes clean. The woman who owns this place ... (Tanis - pronounced Taw-nis or short form T :o) was genuinely friendly and answered all my questions. She explained that the coffee is cleaner and better than certified organic because the owners go to where the coffee is grown and make sure the purity is real. Loved her gluten free breakfast sandwich. For the quality, her prices are too low IMO. (Not complaining) If I had to buy this level of quality in Southern California it would be 35% more plus in USD... Ha! Definitely worth the few minutes of extra driving off the highway to visit. Amazing all gluten free cafe. Menu looks really good. Had the sunrise berry toast on a homemade bread that was out of this world good, great espresso drinks and superb service. Lots of baked goods and good vegan options too. Very allergy/digestive intolerance friendly.
