Do yourself a favor and skip this place. They must be severely understaffed. The last five or more visits here have been very unpleasant. Orders are never ready on time/seen until you get there after you place an order online, so then they are rushed and undercooked (Even after waiting ... half an hour) . Very often the cookie flavor we order is wrong, and the toppings are often wrong aswell. One of the times I recieved my garlic cheese sticks with bristles from the brush in it. Ouch. Read more

ABSOLUTELY UTTERLY DISGUSTED! Never buying from busters pizza and donair again! Tonight we ordered 2 pizza's, expecting nothing more then a simple meat and a butter chicken. However we come to find our pizza's covered in HAIR 🤢🤮🤢🤮 Not just covered but baked into the dough of the butter chicken pizza. Upon this ... discovery we called and explained the issue, we asked for half a refund, (Not wanting a credit cause after getting what feels like pubes with your pizza we do not wish to return.) I ordered a pizza that they said would take 45 minutes. An hour and a half later, I call and am told "Oh we were about to call you, our driver is out". I then asked if they would be giving me the now old pizza, and the one who ... answered talked to her manager. Another ten minutes pass and their big solution is to "cook a new pizza".. They were actually going to bring the old pizza. This place is unreliable and frustrating. Go to Boston Pizza North instead, you'll save yourself a lot of issues. Read more

Ordered a Super Donair through skip the dishes. The delivery came fine - but upon opening it the donair immediately fell apart from not being wrapped properly. There were also zero napkins included in the bag. Would give less stars if I could.
