Service is always poor, for an expensive pita that never really tastes great at all.

Great food…horrible service. Google said the College Heights location opened at 10 am. When I got there, they told me they don’t actually open until 11 am. Hence, I was like okay I’ll come back. I came back at 11 am and they said “we need 10 more minutes.” Their ... attitudes were rude and unprofessional as well. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Went in to pick up my order, there was a young woman behind the counter whom I'm assuming didn't work there as she was staring at me while chowing down on her own pita and frothy drink. No uniform, hair net, gloves... when I tried telling her why I was ... there, you know, to get dinner, she turned around and stood by the stove while some of her own food fell on the floor. I left. Horrible customer service. She made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by ordering food. This is the second time I’ve had the same experience at this location. I will not be returning. Every other location I’ve been to is great, just not this one.

This was terrible. Usually the service is fine but this girl working was unbelievably rude. She was coughing all over everything. I wouldn’t finish and she would say “is that all?”. She sighed when I added another thing to my order. Sighed again once I asked for a different kind ... of lettuce. She also just threw everything on my wrap, while coughing and not covering her mouth.
