The staff do not seem to care about anything. Frequently leave customers standing in line waiting for service while they chat among themselves. I work 4 days a week and go there on my way to work all 4 days todays is the 3rd day of my week and the 3rd time they i got my coffee without any sugar in it i get 4 sugar 3 cream theres a coulple people there ... who manage that but more often than not i end up having to microwave it and add coffee after i get to work if i wanted to add my own sugar id just make a coffee at work one girl there the other day i repeted 4 sugar to 3 or 4 times instore in person and still got it with no sugar in it went back in to get sugar added and got handed a cup with sugar in it and a stir stick honestly if ur unable to add and stir cream and sugar into a coffee then maybe a coffee shop isn't the best job Read more

I’ve completely stopped going to this particular tim Hortons because 10 times out of 10 they get my order wrong when I know they put it in correctly. the food is cold/soggy they don’t care about costumer service used to be good just went down hill fast I’d recommend just ... going to McDonald’s better coffee better costumer service better everything and it’s just across the road Read more

My drive-thru experience. While trying to order a large coffee two sweetener, there was a communication breakdown. They kept repeating Two Sugars I said no, two sweeteners. I repeated my order again and asked for a sugar-free substitute. Still confused they asked me if I wanted sugar. I thought maybe ... the speaker communication wasn't working properly so I said no sugar. Two sweeteners. Splenda I said enunciating Splenda kind of loudly. 9/10 times order is messed up. Today they couldn't even remember what we ordered from the screen to the window and ended up giving us the wrong order AGAIN after arguing with us about what we ordered. Iced vanilla coffee is awful, it’s always either not sweetened, barely any cream ... or tastes watered down. The staff are always rude, and have no customer service skills (I’ve worked in restaurants since I was 15 so I’m not being a Karen I know my stuff). I understand it’s a fast food chain so obviously will have mediocre service but this is beyond bad. Read more
