Great little coffee stop (and baked goods and lunch too!). Also a stalwart of the scene for a long time now. I love that they work in conjunction with the bookstore, and offer a space for local music and arts. The cappuccino, while not my regular drink, was pretty decent ... too. Read more

The book part of the place is awesome and fun to browse through. The cafe part though looks cozy, but the coffee really isn't anything special. I had one of the special drinks, and I couldn't taste any of the pumpkin in it. It just taste like a sweet latte. ... Also tried a bit of the chocolate chip scone, they were bland and barely any chocolate chips, at least they were a good size. Also shared a frittata with my husband, it tasted good but definitely on the expensive side for what you get. My husband didn't even finish his drink. We will go back for the store and skip the cafe next time. Read more

Super cozy and funky spot. Best latte I have had in Prince George. Great milk texture and sweetness and temperature spot on for sip-ability. P.s. I'm a big coffee snob. Their baked goods are always moist and delicious. Great place to bring a note book or laptop and eat. Also ... open mic on Friday make for a great community place. Read more

I love picking up snacks, or even a quick meal from Cafe Voltaire. The food is pretty good and the staff are friendly. I love popping in for an Italian soda.
