Just ordered the family dinner (5A) and everything was great. Almost. The spring rolls smelled horrid and literally tasted like an ashtray. I couldn't even keep it on my plate it smelled so bad. Everything else was flavorful and nice and hot when it arrived....in a frozen shrimp packing box, ... lol. Thx for the laugh Great Wall, we got a kick out of that, lol!! Side note: the guy who took our order needs some customer service training. He was very bland and sounded like he just woke up and could care less. Read more
My husband and I went here for the dinner buffet. Even though this place was super busy, we were seated quickly. We could hear the door chime and phone going non-stop. All the food was fresh too! The workers were constantly refreshing the food and packing to-go orders. This is ... the best Chinese place in town. Read more
Went for lunch here today. The food was good, and the portion size was excellent. Our server was attentive to our needs, even turning up the heat when the restaurant was chilly. My only complaints are the restaurant carpet was old and one of our cups was a bit dirty ... on the outside. Other than that, everything was good. Read more
We haven't been here in a while, but it was hopping! We're in town for hockey, and majority ruled that we get takeout 🥡 after a long drive instead of checking out the buffet. The Family Dinner for 4b fed 4 adults and one hungry little hockey player with some leftovers ... for later. Everything had plenty of flavour and the quality of all the dishes was on point. Even though we ordered at the height of dinner rush on a Friday, we got our food in about 20 minutes, served by friendly and accommodating staff. I also got a couple spring rolls - nearly got the 5a for the spring rolls, but the 4b has a better variety of dishes, and I was the only one that wanted the rolls. Overall, a fantastic dinner for the price point (65.20 for the 4b after discount, plus 4.10 for the rolls). I would recommend asking for extra plum sauce or a side of sweet n sour for the Prawns.
