went threw the drive thre to get myself and my kids food they messed up my ored so I called in and she told me I was lying when I heard her repeat the order back to my boyfriend very ignorant and super unprofessional!!!

I swear, Wendy's cheeseburger is the real deal because it's so satisfying, especially when you're craving some classic comfort food. Plus, the atmosphere is always casual and relaxed, and the staff are super chill and welcoming.

I would advise against visiting this establishment. Despite our initial order missing both a burger and straws, our subsequent attempt to gain the staff's attention by tapping on the window yielded a delayed response of approximately five minutes. Regrettably, when I expressed this request, it was met with unprofessional laughter from the staff member. Only after reiterating my seriousness or preference for a refund did they comply and prepare a new burger. Furthermore, a member of the staff, identified female manager exhibited discourteous behavior by suggesting that I refrain from returning to the establishment. The cashier was kinda dumb, took forever to get our order punched in and when she did she forgot our drink. Also there was a random lady asleep or tripping or something at the table near the door. Her face was literally in a poutine container.
