Good food, but the service was terrible. Love the vegetarian options but hated the wait for water, dishes cleared, the bill, etc. Would have been understandable if it was busy.

Consistently good food. Daily lunch menu has lots of variety from day to day. Come early, they can sell out of some items especially the quiches.

The menu is not your typical "burgers and fries" cafe style. The owner has a passion for providing nutritious and local foods in the form of soups, dense and regular salads. You can order a local beef burger or a vegan dish. It is a great place to go if ... you are with others with a variety of dietary concerns or preferences. The service is usually good but occasionally you might have to wait a while. The cafe is a breakfast and lunch outfit only. They are not open on the weekends except for catering. I enjoyed a nicely prepared breakfast. There is room at the back part of the restaurant for a business lunch or breakfast meeting that can seat around 15 people. Service was good and the prices were reasonable.

Great little place for breakfast. Flavourful fruit, homemade bread, fluffy eggs and amazing hashbrowns. Delicious :)
