Today was my daughters birthday and she chose Red Robin for dinner. It's her favourite restaurant and that's no surprise. The food was amazing as always, but the service was the shining star tonight. Start with food: decent flat top style burgers, bottomless sides and milk shakes have likely kept this business running as long as it has. In our two plates, one had a longish black beard hair under the fries. Food was served reasonably fast given that the poor server was completely by ... herself serving half the restaurant. The manager made an appearance to assist as well, but talk about running your staff ragged. A number of small things were missed, napkins, cutlery, plates with appies etc. I do not see this as the waitress fault as she was managing 20+ groups of customers solo. Just be aware shotty staffing might detract from your experience. As far as the atmosphere is concerned, I was disgusted. The carpeted floor is grey from filth and stank. The bench seats, chairs were grey and burned out, beat up, in desperate need of TLC. The ducting and cabinet tops boast a layer of grease and dust so thick it looks like it's alive. Tables were left dirty, chair was covered in crumbs. I can only imagine if the quality of the floor is as such, that the quality of the kitchen follows suit. In summary: I will not return. I am genuinely shocked at the state of this once vibrant restaurant. And I would advise considering other options. They were understaffed, which might not be their fault, so everything took a little extra time, like to be seated and order taken, etcetera. The majority of the guests were all seated in close proximity to each other, which was mildly uncomfortable, and the table was sticky. The food was ... pretty good except they didn't have a bartender so I couldn't get a milkshake so that sucked, and then I saw a mouse in the corner which I will attach pictures of, although he was pretty cute not quite what I want to see in a restaurant. This place is run down. There is dust so thick you can't tell what color is under it. The dining tables have extended leafs that have rotten food from who knows when. Do not eat here it is filthy!

Very kind servers, fast service a lot of variety something for everyone even Vegans. The atmosphere is bright and lively, lots to look at while waiting for food. The food tastes top notch will be coming back with friends and family. Especially on my birthday next month on the ... 17th. The food is served still nice and hot for the consumers. They have great parking lot very clean, close access for the handicapped. The bathrooms are spotless and well stocked.
