I really enjoyed the chicken sandwich and coleslaw here, both were delicious and fresh. The cozy ambiance and friendly crew made the meal even better.
I love the food at Kentucky Fried Chicken. The chicken is always so tender and tasty. The last time we were there, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We dined in, and went back to the counter a couple of times for things like paper plates and cutlery, and ... the lady was always so pleasant. The dining area was a little cold, but comfortable enough. Sometimes, there can be as much as a ten minute wait for your food, but this time they weren't busy, so the wait was minimal. We will be back. My only real complaint is how expensive they've become. Read more

My mom went to kfc on 5th ave and they didn’t put the other sides in the bag and then the staff were very arrogant towards her when she called them to ask why them why they didn’t place the other sides in the bag. They offered to credit her ... money back which is not what she wanted. The staff are very rude and need to take responsibility for their actions and behaviour. Honestly some they could use courses for customer service skills. I will be also complaining to the head office and better business bureau. Read more

They messed up our order. When my mom tried to re explain three different times to the lady, some manager guy came up and started arguing with my mother. He got hostile and pushy. My mom gave in and said, "You're right, sorry, and we left. Unfortunately, he wasn't right. ... My mom thought we were missing one meal. No. Turns out one meal, a gravey, and two coleslaw were mising. I'm so glad buddy guy was so hostile and demanding to rip us off. 70 dollars for fast food 🤢🤢🤢 I won't ever eat here again. I'll make pop corn chicken from home, thanks. What horrible disrespectful service. The service and food industries have all gone down, and prices have gone up. Read more
