Four of us dropped in for lunch and a Dilly Bar. The staff were friendly, the burger was delicious, the fries and onion rings were crunchy and the poutine was scrumptious. It seemed a bit quiet through the lunch rush. For dessert we got some Dilly Bars and a strawberry ... sundae. Oh yes, we’ll be back. Read more

I requested the key for the washroom for my 5 years old son and they said that the washroom is clean and can’t be used for the day. Was 9:30 PM, still 30 minutes to close and they close a basic service before closing the store at 10:00. Totally ... poor customer service. Read more

I had the worst service ever after order 6 meals in one order, they never gave us any gravy with the chicken strips basket, and actually asked me to give my fries back to fix their mistake when I ordered a poutine 🤦‍♀️ NEVER HAVE I HAD TO PROVE MY ... MISS ORDER! never coming back here after wasted money and dishonest customer service! Read more

I would like to give a hell yeah to Makayla I believe she is the manager. She went above and beyond with great customer service. I called in because the skip driver didn’t arrive with my order. So I called skip and got my credits back and reordered what I ... originally was supposed to get. Skip placed me with the same driver, so I called DQ and asked if they could just make sure the driver didn’t mess up. I know it’s not their job, but I wasn’t feeling well and I just really wanted food. Makayla reassured me she would mention it to the driver and to call back with any issues. An hour later she called me back to check-in to make sure my order was received in good order and that I was happy. She realized I wasn’t having the greatest evening and just wanted to make sure all was okay! Thank you Makayla!! Read more

Staff was friendly, icecream cakes are always good. Food is most often mediocre for a high price. The chicken strips were tiny and tasted like cardboard. Pictured below is the chicken strip basket which I paid ~$8 for WITH a coupon, normal price is around $11 I believe after tax. Not ... worth the price. I would maybe pay max $5 for what I recieved.
