First time here but I love this place. Service is wonderful and the food is marvellous spring rolls and mango salad was perfect. Chicken Pad Thai was best thing of all. Will have to try new dishes next time

My mom and I decided at the last minute to eat dinner here this evening. We are so happy that the dining room is once again open. A beautiful dining room, great music to dine with (most importantly not too loud). Excellent customer service and the food ... is delicious. We went for dinner in Sept 2023 when I found I that I couldn’t finish my food. The server took it to the kitchen to put it in a plastic container. Usually the staff would bring the container to the table so I could pack it myself. I found ... that to be a little strange. She handed me the plastic container with the food and we came home. Later I wanted to eat what was in the container. I warmed it up and started to eat it when I bit into something! It was a Staple!! There could have been problems as you could imagine if I swallowed it or bit harder and it could have ruined my dental work. I informed the restaurant of the incident. Their apology alone doesn’t cut it. We were told our next meal would be on the restaurant. However when we went we were met with apologies and were only going to give us the appetizer for free!!! That was not what we had been promised. We didn’t get our free meal. That showed poor customer service and we were disappointed and dissatisfied would not go back nor recommend this restaurant to anyone. Read more

I’m angry writing this review because I’m forced to give 1 star. This is the 3rd time we’ve ordered take-out from this place. The first 2 times were just as bad but sadly it’s the only Thai place in town and I wanted to give them one last try based on ... the reviews in case my experience the first two times were a fluke. We ordered Pad Thai with Chicken, Pad Thai with Shrimp, and Chicken Spring Rolls (Feb 11/23). I got plain dry noodles with overcooked shrimp and my husband got plain dry noodles with rubbery chicken. Never mind missing the most basic ingredients like scallions and bean sprouts, we didn’t even get lime or peanuts! $60 later, I have 2 inedible containers of noodles and what tastes like freshly defrosted spring rolls. This is robbery. Shameful! Read more
