If you’re looking for great fish stop here! Fresh fish, fresh made coleslaw and fresh cut fries. Also great price. We found on Google Maps while driving to Toronto. Such a great place!

I have been here twice each time I have visited Port Hope and the 45-minute drive is 100% worth it. I've had the cod and the halibut I believe and both were fantastic. Whatever batter they use is crispy and light and not too oily. I also ordered the shrimp and scallops ... and absolutely 100% amazing, loved the cocktail sauce. It just cheers up your day. The lovely lady who has served me both times is extremely polite and very accommodating to my requests of additional tartar sauce and vinegar (she even gave me a plate to eat in my car because I was not able to dine in because of time constraints) For the price of the portion sizes are generous. Great service, basically flawless haliburt and chips, didn’t even used the malt vinegar and almost forgot the tartar sauce, which was great as well… the photos say it all….

Captain George's Haddock and Chip Special was delicious. Friendly & courteous service, delivered out to our car outside as we walked the dog around the lot area during the short wait.

Tried a 2 pcs haddock with a Ceasars salad lunch here and it was really really good. Only bummer is the extra charge to substitute the salad.. but the food was super filling.
