I was ordering 18 pieces of chicken and I want 12 pieces of hot spicy and 6 regular. The staff told me they don't have any spicy or they can make it in 15 minutes if I can wait. I said I'll wait for the spicy chicken. Then I waited ... for 37 minutes. When I got home, I found that I took 18 pieces of regular chicken, none of them are hot spicy. Ridiculous location. Probably the worst for getting your order right. Went tonight after a long day, my wife’s order was wrong and burnt, my order was missing my salad. I had to repeat my order about 5 times. I get that fast food is fast food but this was horrible. ... Menu items not in stock or ready and an awful way of making the food. Been here 6 times in the last 6 months. Always during peak time. Every time they tell me it's a 12 minute wait for chicken. The only KFC in the lower mainland to not have any chicken cooked on a Friday at 530. It's called fast food for a reason. ... Waste of time. This KFC is pretty slow and doesn't offer a lot of the promos or even extra crispy!! I've had my order messed up so bad 3 times that I just gave up hope and no longer visit this location. Food is often just barely warm not hot which makes you ... wonder why you waited 10 minutes for a sandwich and fries? Could certainly use improvement or new management to make this a good location in the area as the next closest KFC is all the way at coquitlam centre and is always super busy. Read more
