Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - Port Coquitlam, British Columbia

This is the best Dairy Queen I have been to in the lower mainland the guy working the front counter last night was awesome fast and efficient he even flipped the blizzard upside down without a lid on it which I hadn’t seen someone do in a while!!

Most of the staff always seem miserable and very rushed to take your order and be done with you even when it's not busy. The hot food is usually slapped together with little care and the blizzards aren't mixed very well often getting spots with plain ice cream. I dropped by today to try their double cheeseburger promo. The place was clean and nice. The food was good. The staff, a young lady, needs some training in providing good customer service. A nice smile and friendly attitude won't cost you much but will get you far in this ... field. Everybody deserves a second chance so I still consider returning to eat at this place. I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket. I shared one with my son yesterday at a different location and it was great. This location was also fresh and tasty but the amount of fries was a small. Not in a basket box with lots of fries like the previous ... location. I asked if this was the basket and the lady at the till said yes. It was very small.
