What an amazing experience we had today! The manager, Fred, was very friendly and helpful. There was also live music going on and we really enjoyed it.

Staff were great. Friendly and quick. Patio was enjoyable to sit and watch ppl living their lives and have a chat with a friend.

I go every Friday for a med. coffee and a large London fog. They actually remember my order. They are very friendly. The place is immaculately clean

I visited this cafe today for the first time and it must have been the last time I visited this cafe. The staff of this cafe treated the customers very disrespectfully and rudely. There was a lady there today who was very rude. Because they take orders from you and give ... you whatever they want, and they think that the customer doesn't understand. Make sure to check the order you take from them. This happened to me today, and if I didn't realize it, I would have brought my wrong order out, and this is the issue for them. It seems quite normal!!!! They take the order from you, and if they don't have it in stock, they still don't tell you that we don't have it in stock, and they give you whatever they want, they only take money, without proper service, and when you realize that you received your order wrongly, they laugh at you.and without any apology she say it's Ok, you should wait for that !!!!!!! No matter how much I say about the rudeness and arrogance of the lady who worked there and the rudeness of the man who worked there, I didn't say much, the service was awful and below zero. I order matcha latte and when I grab the drink and find out the drink in warm temperature, I expected my matcha latte in a hot temperature. I returned back and she remake another one for me. The banana bread taste too sweet. Not healthy choice.
