I have been coming to this location for a long time now, although other staff is ok, there is one lady who has been very rude everytime. I believe her name is PEACH, she seems to be rude to other customers as well. I ordered omlette bites online and when i ... reached to pick the order, she denied saying it would take half hour to make it, when i asked for refund.. she literally said “I won’t do it because I don’t want to pay out of my own pocket”. Really a bad way to start my Saturday. I was told “the longest mobile order ever”. The order was not even more than $16. Very much disappointed.

Atrocious service and really badly done sandwich - way too much mayo, sandwich was ruined and couldn't eat it Had to repeat ourselves 4x and order was still wrong After that When we stepped up to order server didn't say hi back or even smile, which is awkward

The employee need more training. Today(Dec/04) I ordered extra hot coffee. The employee even didn't mentioned to her co worker and while I asked again she just dumped half a cup to the sink and fill with hot water. I just pay for hot water with taste of coffee.
