Nothing beats a Harvey's original hamburger. Simply AWESOME! Staff is very friendly. I just read the negative reviews and returned to check this place out. Once again the burger was AWESOME. I had the original with bacon. Great, but I prefer the unuadulterated original. The place was immaculate. We sat in ... the attached Swiss Chalet which was also Uber clean. So were the bathrooms. We ordered for 5 adults and 2 children. the 4 burgers arrived and we had to wait 10 minutes for the onion rings that went with the combo. The hot dog ordered for one child arrived 25 minutes later. The 2 chicken dinners did not arrive until ... 30 minutes after the burgers were eaten. The chicken and fries were cold and unappealing. We asked to speak to the manager, but after 4 requests, the manager never appeared so one of the he staff finally just refunded our money with apologies. when a family goes out to eat, and we order meals, we expect to receive the food together or close to it. The first time I was here last summer the burger was great! I hadn't had a Harvey's burger for years! Just went there today to have the greasiest disgusting burger with a wad of hair in it. So grossed out I'll never go back. The fries were gross as well. ... Just yuck. As well, the lettuce was brown so I skipped that on my burger as it was unappealing. If I only knew that they gave me an extra topping of hair to replace it. Read more

Not sure how long this location has been here but this isn't the Harvey's I remembered. They all used to be in the Home Depot's and then they all disappeared and became subways. But I came here on the weekend and it just wasn't very good. Burger tasted cheap and ... the fries used to be so much better. Don't think I'll be returning especially with a 5 guys burger and fries right beside it. Read more
