Deer Garden's signature snowy white fish soup broth really wowed me! Comes in such a large bowl, customizable with choice of soup broth, noodle, toppings~ The bowl was so filling and big that I was so full by the end, because it also comes with a choice of free drink (coffee / ... milk tea) as well. The noodles and soup base were delicious. The Laksa was really good but spicy. The standard fish soup was flavorful, good if you like lighter soups. We also ordered the ox tongue. It was decent but you only get two pieces. I also really liked the lemon tea.

I ordered the Peanut Sauce + Chili Soup base with my noodles which I found was prepared nicely when compared to other Deer Garden restaurants. The others had way too much peanut (butter?). A great place to go to on a cold winter day and you want a ... nice bowl of noodle soup to warm up to. Quick service (received food within 5-10 minutes of ordering). Also found service to be very attentive and we felt that we were being looked after. They charge 50 cents for a container which is in line with the other Deer Garden restaurants (restaurant chain policy?). Read more

This restaurant's name has changed to Deer Garden Signatures. It's chain restaurant. The food style is totally different. Now the menu features noodle soup with filling and base your choice. The food is good and the place is much cleaner and tidier. The service is bit slow.

Since Deer Garden closed, another place that has the same name opened. It's called Deer Garden Signatures. I really liked it and we now go there. We used to go to the Union Square one but when this location opened, we started to go there.
